Return Policy
Dowe Twins Store does not return product expect:
Reason description defective is damaged upon delivery or not according to manufacturer’s specification Wrong you received an item different from what you ordered, and the item must be in the original packaging with seal intact.
We do not accept returns if size does not fit, or if a client dislikes the product (color, material, style). We encourage you to carefully check full description of the items and confirm it will meet all your expectations before placing your order.
Return Instructions
For a REFUND please email our customer service team your order number and the request for a refund on returns@therealdowetwins.com
Pack the goods carefully using the original packaging. Please include the invoice in the parcel. Once ready, please notify our customer service team on a suitable collection date and time.
Our Customer service team will arrange directly the collection of your package and the courier will be in touch accordingly. Returns will be accepted according to our conditions of Sale.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at store@therealdowetwins.com Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit within 7days.

Shipping Policy
Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance by Direct Bank Deposit and Credit Card. Visa, Mastercard and Discover via Paypal, Stripe or Zelle are accepted.
Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction (Checkout). For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.

We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 6:30 am-4pm,). Majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within the estimated time . Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed. All items will ship from Vendors and Dowe Twins Store.
